Duluth Central Takes Unit Four Award in We the People National Finals

Congratulations to the entire Duluth Central High School team and their Instructor, Barb Hakala for doing an outstanding job of representing Minnesota at the National Finals on May 1-3, 1999 in Washington DC.

Now only were they great ambassadors for Minnesota but they received a Unit Award.  Unit Awards are presented to the schools achieving the highest scores, based on the first two days of the national finals in each of the six units of the We the People… The Citizen and the Constitution text
